On Sunday, 4th of June 2016, the time had come again: the annual women&work fair opened its doors in the World Conference Center in Bonn.

women&work is the largest European Congress for women, over 100 top employers including Bilfinger SE presented themselves. The fair is rounded off by a comprehensive congress program, as a matter of course the program focuses on the issue ”Women in the Workplace“.

The fair is an ideal basis for contacting potential employers, and also to build a broader network in the professional environment. Whether women plan to rejoin the labor market after their parental leave, or to consider a job changeover, or to get some general information about career opportunities and promotion prospects: women&work offered the women countless opportunities.

Tebodin Peters Engineering GmbH has also been represented at the Bilfinger SE booth. The company could provide ambitious women an insight into the Bilfinger group. They had interesting and stimulating conversations with women coming from very different disciplines.
