One of the first important university fairs of the year was on the agenda – the “bonding” recruitment fair at KIT Karlsruhe. Of course, Tebodin Peters Engineering did not miss the opportunity to also be part of the event sharing the Bilfinger booth in order to gain new potential employees for the company.

The bonding recruitment fair’s objective is to afford students a better insight into the prospective daily work. For more than 25 years, Studenteninitiative (e. V.) organizes and carries out these events. Currently, the fairs take place at 12 university locations in Germany.

Tebodin Peters Engineering was represented at the fair by Mr. Sewer Lihs. He gave a speech about the Bilfinger group reorientation regarding Industry 4.0 (the presentation documents can be found here). There were quite a few interesting conversations with talented students and graduates.
