Bilfinger Peters Engineering at the "bonding" careers fair

On 23.01.2019, Bilfinger Peters Engineering was represented at the "bonding" careers fair in Karlsruhe. The highlight of this year's fair at the Kongresszentrum Karlsruhe was our lecture "Statics and Structural Design – Comparison of Studies and Practice". The graduate and young professional Patrick Heim explained with examples how he had experienced the transition going from theory to working at Bilfinger Peters Engineering and answered the numerous questions from the students. At our stand, visitors were able to gain an overview of what it is like to work at Bilfinger Peters Engineering and to receive tips from experienced engineers on how to shape their careers.

The aim of the "bonding" careers fair was to give students a better insight into their future working lives. The events have been organised and carried out by the bonding student initiative (registered association) for 30 years. The fairs now take place at 12 university venues across Germany.
