A Tebodin Peters Engineering employee takes part in the new employee onboarding video

In order to incorporate new employees as quickly as possible into the Bilfinger group, a new company-level concept has been worked out to obtain optimum results.

A short video has been added to this new onboarding standard.

Several Bilfinger employees from various divisions offer advice on how to get started at Bilfinger. They also discuss the significance of being a part of the Bilfinger group. Our employee from Tebodin Peters Engineering, Philipp Vogel, also took part in the video. He bears a great deal of responsibility in performing piping inspections to assure the plant user’s safety. He reports about the difficulties of his daily business.
