After 16 years of previous experience in project management, business development and profit center management in the IT industry and engineering services companies, Gilles joins Bilfinger Peters Engineering in 2011 as Managing Director.

Since then, he has been the driving force of Bilfinger Peters Engineering’s growth, taking advantage of the skills he acquired during his previous experiences to transform the VSE into a successful company with long-term visibility.

Alexander starts his adventure at Peters Engineering in Ludwigshafen in 2003 as Controller, and then evolves to Head of Controlling and deputy Head of finance.

He becomes involved in the management of the French subsidiary from its creation in 2006, taking responsibility for the administration functions, which he carries out part time, as he is still involved in the German entity. He is appointed to CFO of the French entity in 2013, and subsequently to Managing Director in 2017.

Since 2021, Alexander has been devoting all his energy to BPE, so that the support functions are in line with the company's growth, in order to guarantee an optimal quality of service.
